Victor Mancha comes from the comic book series Runaways, which is part of the mainline Marvel universe -- if a bit off to one side. It's the same canon

solarhippie is from, though Vic is about a year further along in the timeline than she is. He's coming to Fandom immediately after the Secret Invasion storyline.

The other important things about him are:
+ He's a cyborg, made from advanced technology and his mother's DNA. He doesn't go around wearing a button that says "Ask Me About My Pentium Processor," but neither is he especially good at the secret identity thing. It'll likely be pretty common knowledge soon enough.
+ Mainly, he has electricity- and magnetic- related powers: shooting sparks and arcs of electricity at bad guys, and manipulating anything made of metal. He's also pretty good at intuiting how to use new technology, though how good exactly seems to depend on what it is and his state of mind.
+ He was designed to be fascinated by superheroes, so if you're well-known and from the Marvel universe, expect him to be a bit geeky at you.
+ He can hack computer systems and build electronics, but more on the level of a talented hobbyist than that of a freaky super prodigy.
+ He was created by an evil robot who wanted him to grow up, infiltrate the Avengers and kill them all. The plan was foiled, but trying to avoid that future makes Victor very sensitive to any suggestion of going evil or collaborating with the dark side. He's about as white a hat as you can get when you're a teenage dropout in an underground superhero gang.
+ He is smarter, stronger and faster than a normal human and has a photographic memory.
+ He is both superlogical and very religious. Asking a question that brings those values into conflict, like "Could God make a sandwich so big He couldn't eat it?" can crash Victor's systems.
+ His mom was Mexican-American, and Victor is bilingual in Spanish and English. He lapses into Spanglish once in a while -- sometimes when he's surprised or emotional, other times pretty much because he can.
+ If you are a telepath/aura reader/whatever ... honestly, I have no idea. If you want to sense he's nonhuman, cool; if you want him to read as normal, I can make that argument too.
+ He gets eyerolly at best if people start acting like the robot thing means he's less than human. Though his friends call him things like Calculator Kid and Senor Cyborg pretty much every issue, so I'll be a little sad if that never happens in Fandom.
+ In terms of personality, he's fairly level-headed, dorky, and idealistic. He has a temper, and sometimes he jumps the gun when he feels threatened, but he's normally pretty easy to get along with.
+ Physically, he is listed at 5'9" and 195 lb., though I think a lot of that weight must be his metal skeleton. He has green eyes and kind of silly brown hair and dresses in trendy casual clothes. He also likes wearing headphones around his neck for no apparent reason.
+ The PB is Tyler Posey. Yes, the star of Teen Wolf, a show I ... may need to start watching?
